These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tallaby and the purchase of products from sellers on our marketplace. By using Tallaby, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Tallaby

You may browse and shop on Tallaby as a guest or with an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the marketplace only for lawful purposes.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. The Marketplace Model

Tallaby is a marketplace: products are listed and sold by independent sellers, not by Tallaby itself. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their products, and fulfilling orders.

4. Orders & Pricing

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are set by sellers. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which is confirmed once accepted. Product availability and pricing may change before an order is confirmed.

5. Payment

Tallaby supports cash on delivery, mobile wallet, InstaPay and card payment via Paymob. Card payments are processed securely by Paymob; Tallaby does not store your card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available across Egyptian governorates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your governorate and order weight. See our Shipping page for details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return pickup is free when an item is faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described; on change-of-mind returns the return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to your Tallaby wallet, by bank transfer or to a mobile wallet. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the marketplace, including submitting false information, attempting to bypass security, or using Tallaby for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

Tallaby's branding, design and platform content belong to Tallaby. Product content (images, descriptions) belongs to the respective sellers or their licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tallaby facilitates transactions between shoppers and sellers but is not the manufacturer or seller of record for marketplace products. To the extent permitted by law, Tallaby is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tallaby after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
