Free delivery on orders over EGP 500

Orders with a subtotal above EGP 500 are delivered to your door at no delivery cost, anywhere we deliver in Egypt. Your cart shows how much is left to reach the threshold, and free delivery is applied automatically at checkout.

Products with free delivery

Some sellers offer free delivery on individual products whatever your order total — look for the free delivery badge on the product page. This is separate from, and in addition to, the EGP 500 order threshold.

Delivery cost on orders under EGP 500

For orders below EGP 500, the delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery governorate and the weight of the products in your order. You always see the exact amount before you confirm your order.

How long delivery takes

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Actual delivery time may vary with the seller's location, your governorate, product availability and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are usually processed the next business day.

• Cairo and Giza: typically 1-3 business days
• Other governorates: typically 2-5 business days

Where we deliver

Tallaby delivers to governorates across Egypt — Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, the Delta and Canal governorates, Upper Egypt, Sinai, Matrouh and the New Valley. Available delivery areas are confirmed at checkout based on your address.

Orders from more than one seller

Tallaby is a multi-vendor marketplace, so a single cart can include products from different sellers. Items are grouped by seller at checkout and may arrive in separate deliveries, sometimes on different days.

Once your order is placed, you can follow its status from My Orders in your account. Ordered as a guest? Use the order confirmation link sent to you after checkout.
