Return pickup is free when the item is faulty, arrived damaged, is the wrong item, or isn't as described. If you're returning because you changed your mind, the return is still accepted within 7 days but the return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Once the returned item reaches the seller and passes inspection, your refund is issued to your Tallaby wallet, by bank transfer, or to a mobile wallet — Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay or Orange Cash. You choose which when you request the return.
